SLOW FOOD REVOLUTION screens at ACMI
SLOW FOOD REVOLUTION is screening on Saturday 14 February, as part of the Sustainable Living Festival at ACMI on Federation Square. Gabriella Pignatelli developed this documentary with initial assistance from Film Victoria in the form of a Mentorship with Sonya Pemberton of Steadicam Productions Pty Ltd. It was subsequently produced by Film Australia, with WA's Carlo Buralli directing and SBSI providing a presale. Across the globe, an eco-gastronomic movement known as Slow Food is growing. Traditional foods are at risk of disappearing forever. SLOW FOOD REVOLUTION travels the globe from Italy, home of the Slow Food movement to Mexico and Australia. Gabriella will introduce the screening at ACMI.Back to news listing
