Film Victoria, the New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC) and the New South Wales Film and Television Office (FTO), will once again offer three experienced producers an exclusive opportunity to attend the No Borders Co-production Market in the USA.
In 2004, the three government organisations formed a strategic partnership to secure places at the market held during the annual Independent Film Producer Market (IFP) in New York City. Following the successful results of last year's forum, each organisation has again committed to offering this unique opportunity to local producers.
Three independent producers with strong, innovative film projects in development will be selected to attend the invitation-only market to showcase their slate and explore finance and distribution prospects.
Each producer (one from each territory) will attend round table discussions, social events, and one-on-one meetings with financiers, sales agents and international television buyers at the IFP.
