New Film Victoria board members announced

President of the Film Victoria Board, John Howie, has announced the appointment of three new board members: producer, Ewan Burnett, entertainment lawyer and producer Bryce Menzies, and financial consultant Siu Ling Hui.
Ewan Burnett is an award winning producer who has worked in the Australian film and television industry for more than 24 years. Ewan’s extensive credits include the mini-series’ Kangaroo Palace and The Farm, children’s television programs, Bootleg, Eugenie Sandler PI and Fergus McPhail, and upcoming adult drama series, Last Man Standing. As an entertainment lawyer, Bryce Menzies is has enormous experience in the practice of law, deal making, film finance and involvement in film and entertainment industry boards. Bryce has acted for organisations such as Roadshow, Miramax, AFC and Beyond and has acted as executive producer, producer and legal advisor on many well known films including Muriel’s Wedding, Two Hands, Rage in Placid Lake and Alexandra’s Project.Siu Ling Hui has an extensive career in finance with organisations such as GE Capital, Citibank and Bank of Melbourne (Westpac). Siu Ling established her own consulting business in 2002 and undertakes client work in the area of strategic business planning, establishing finance facilities, and restructuring finance in major change situations.
